Musk Creek Farm is a modern, purpose-built, 5 Star thoroughbred facility on the stunning & rugged coastline of Flinders, on the Mornington Peninsula.
Musk Creek is the leading Victorian boutique thoroughbred nursery, with over 27 Stakes performers produced from the property.
The property boasts world class facilities, including broodmare & yearling specific barns, an undercover round yard and horse walker, plus parade area.
The safety of the horse & handler is paramount and the farm has been developed with this in mind.
The farm offers paddocks in various sizes ranging from 20 acres to individual half-acre lots with:

Yearling Barn
Purpose-built, the yearling barn comprises 13 large, light-filled airy boxes and is vital for educating and producing top-class yearlings for Australia’s premier sales each year.
PADDOCKS
With careful management of our pastures, we can ensure that all our horses receive the correct nutritional requirements, whichever stage of life they’re at. A range of paddock sizes, from 20 acres down to day yards, is extremely helpful in ensuring correct development of our young stock, and is important in keeping horses happy and safe in appropriate groups too.
UNDERCOVER ROUND YARD
Essential for yearling preparations, our undercover round yard provides a safe and sheltered environment in which to educate young horses.
Floodlit Foaling Paddocks
With the majority of foalings occurring during the night, our floodlit foaling paddocks mean our team can monitor mares and deliver foals safely each spring.
Parade Area
Each year Australasia’s leading bloodstock agents and trainers visit Musk Creek for on-farm inspections prior to the yearling sales and the parade area provides the perfect backdrop for them to inspect our quality stock.
